Terms of Party Booking

​

Terms and Conditions apply to any booking made with Beetroot Productions. By making a booking with Beetroot Productions, it is assumed that the Client has read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

​

Beetroot Productions requires a 50% deposit to secure and confirm any booking.

​

If paying by direct deposit, the remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the party. Please indicate if this is the option selected at the time of the booking.

​

If paying by cash, the remaining balance is due on the day of the performance.

 

Party Cancellation Policy

The cancellation of a booked show is only accepted in writing via email to splat@beetrootproductions.com.au.

​

If cancellation of a party occurs within 14 days of the show date, the 50% deposit paid will not be refunded. If the full amount for the party had been paid, then 50% of the amount will be refunded to the Client.

​

If cancellation of the party occurs within 7 days of the show date, 75% or 100% of the fee will still be payable by the Client.

​

Beetroot Productions and its employees cannot be held at any time responsible for any damage that may occur at the party location, or the safety and wellbeing of any of the children in attendance at any point throughout the party.  Any injuries or damage incurred during the party are the sole responsibility of the Client. All liability and responsibility lies strictly with the Client.

 

Beetroot Productions requires the Client to provide at least two responsible adults to be present throughout the party. These parents are responsible for the general supervision and conduct of the party children and will take full responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of the children during the party.

Beetroot Productions would like to acknowledge that it is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. All character costumes are generic and are not affiliated, licensed or associated with any corporation or trademark.
